Manufacturing
How an order moves from requirement to dispatch.
Our manufacturing approach is organised around one idea: the buyer's approved specification is the reference for everything that follows. This page sets out how an order moves from requirement to dispatch.
Material selection
Materials are chosen against the intended use and the buyer's price point — willow grade for cricket bats, cover material and bladder type for inflatable balls, ply thickness and border timber for carrom boards, shell and foam density for protective equipment. Materials are confirmed at the quotation stage, not assumed later.
Product manufacturing
Production runs against the approved sample. Stitched goods, wooden goods, moulded goods and assembled goods each follow their own process and lead time, which is why the order schedule is agreed line by line.
Product customisation
Dimensions, weight bands, colourways, grip and handle options, panel artwork and label placement are all set per order. Custom work is quoted against the specification supplied by the buyer.
Quality checks
Production is checked against the approved specification — dimensions and weight, stitching and seam strength on stitched goods, finish and moisture on wooden goods, size consistency across a run on protective equipment. A pre-dispatch check confirms what is leaving against what was approved. Third-party inspection can be arranged where a buyer requires it.
Branding
Printing, stamping, embossing, woven labels and hang tags are applied in production under the buyer's own brand where required, including model naming across a range.
Packaging
Retail packaging and export packing are planned together: poly sleeves, printed boxes, blister and hang packs at the retail end; carton size, units per carton, corner protection and shipping marks at the export end.
Bulk order preparation
Cartons are marked to the buyer's instruction, palletised where required, and a loading plan is prepared so the container fills sensibly by both weight and volume.
Export supply
Documentation is prepared per shipment and shared with the buyer or their forwarder. See the export page for how international orders are handled.
Tell us what you need and we will quote against it
Product lines, quantities, branding and destination port are enough to start. We reply with a quotation and, where a custom specification is involved, a sampling plan.
