How an export order runs

Requirement and quotation, pre-production sample, written approval, bulk production, pre-dispatch check, packing and marking, documentation, dispatch. The buyer confirms each stage before the next begins.

Packing and loading

Retail and export packing are planned together with the order. Carton dimensions, units per carton, corner protection, pallet configuration and a container loading plan are prepared so the shipment arrives in sellable condition and the container is filled sensibly.

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and transport documents are prepared per shipment. If your market requires additional documentation or labelling, tell us at the quotation stage so it is built into the order.

Working with your forwarder

We can work with a freight forwarder appointed by you, or coordinate with one at our end — whichever suits your buying process.
